Usually customers workflows are extensive its good to summarize the existing workflows you are replacing with your solutions. A status quo will exist for customers a UX that your solution is looking to replace or augment.

Write a single statement or sentence that captures the problem. This is really difficult as most features are expansive in nature, how try your best because it will act as reminder for stakeholders as to why are we doing something? Or what was the original goal after you are weeks into implementations, it helps to make difficult trade off decisions because it reminds which choice to go with in favor of the problem statement.
Userstory Steps simply describe the users experience step by step with written descriptions and Wireframes.
Your team can read and review the userstory steps here before going into sprint planning having requirements analysis or review of the userstory is essential to have kick off with the team before implementation.
